Congratulations we made it to 2022! It is cold here by the river this morning, Our temperature is about 10 degrees at the moment. Even Jet the dog, isn’t running outside every few minutes trying to catch those birds and squirrels. It is a good day to post on my blog. Just wanted to remind you that today our new “Comment on my Blog” contest starts. Each time you comment on a post between now and January 25th, your name is put in a hat and I will draw out a winner and send a gift. Each month for the next few months on each 25th of the month there will be a new winner! Remember only one comment per post will be counted.
Commenting on this blog post gives you your first name in the hat. I am also reposting my “Trumpets in the City” blog post tomorrow so that you can practice your comments.
If you haven’t commented yet, you will need to register at the bottom of this post. Your email is safe and will not be given out in any way.
Don’t you think that winning something in 2022 is exciting? So be brave and tell me what you really think?
Thank you for being a part of my blog for all these years. It has been 13yrs since I wrote my first blog post. What a fantastic journey it has been. I hope it has blessed you. I know that it has been an awesome experience for me. I hope you are excited about this upcoming 2022 art quilt season.
It is my hope that each and every one of you has a safe and creative 2022 and would love to see what you are creating….and I can’t wait to see who the first winner is!
Happy New Year!
I like the difference between the flowered border and the desert background of the flag. Un
Originally the background was suppose to be swishes of paint but it turned into the Snake River. Love how things just develop as I go.
Happy New Year to ya all. Happy to be living in Idaho even though it is 12 degrees!
Thanks for joining in on the blog!
Love this blog!!!!!
I love you Twinnie.
Happy New Year may your family be happy and healthy.
Happy New Year Karen! I love “Oh Beautiful Idaho.”
Happy New Year Karen! I think we are all ready for 2022!
Thanks Kim!
It is so nice to see refreshing ideas so early in our new year.
Bless you Karen and hopefully your husband is feeling better.
Thanks Kim, and yes my husband is doing well. K
I love the flag! It looks like a typical windy day in Idaho. Is it all painted?
Oh Beautiful Idaho was all painted except for the black border and binding.
I always enjoy your blog. Minus 1 right now in Gooding. Ellie agrees with Jett, too cold to bother going outside more than every other hour to see the squirrels.
Have a great 2022! Hope our paths cross throughout the year.
Thanks and give Ellie a big hug for me and Jet!
I look forward to your reading your blog and seeing what you are creating. I’ve been receiving your newsletter for several years but somehow missed that you had a blog. Maybe I read your newsletter more thoroughly now that I publish my own newsletter and blog,
Happy New Year
