My Sky Fetish. Last Week Ray and I drove to Salt Lake for a doctor’s appointment. Along the way, I took these cool sky pictures with my tablet while sitting in the passenger side of the truck. As usual, it took about twenty shots to get the one I wanted. Mother nature knows how to put on a show!
Here is a picture I took outside my back door a couple of days ago. It was then I realized I had a sky fetish. It came to me I love painting skies. There are so many variations and it changes without notice. Kind of like me. This sky will definitly be in one of my future art quilt projects
Here is a art quilt project I am working on at the moment with the cottage cheese sky.
I will be blogging more about this art quilt at a later date because how I got the clouds to look like clouds was a bit tricky. It is still a work in progress.
This is number four of the Emma art quilt series. She had to make a trip to her vineyards to make sure all her guests had enough wine for dinner. Our Emma is very well connected.
I would have a difficult time with art clouds. Nice job
