Christmas Decorations-Lifts my spirits everyday! Here are my Christmas decorations for 2022. There are four different trees through out the house this year. Pictured above is the living room tree with all my old and new ornaments. One of the oldest ornament is 46 years old. It is a colored toilet paper roll center decorated with crayons and a sword made out of pipe cleaners. Each year I usually make some new ones and this year it was my air dry clay ornaments. I made over 30 different ones and have only one on the tree. LOL The rest went to family members.

Here is my old truck and camper collection intermingling with the lighted garland. Christmas is the one time of the year I use my glass antique cake stand. It came from my grandmother.

Pictured is the rustic tree in the sunroom. Notice the great shotgun shell light strings. They came from one of my favorite thrift shops. When I brought them home, my husband Ray fell in love with them. He asked me to make them for three of his friends. Well that turned out to be easier said then done. My wrists gave out after the first set. LOL

Don’t you love poinsettia’s this time of the year. One of my friends girls were selling them for 4-h this year and I thought this was a really cool one. In the yard of my first house in California we had a poinsettia bush that was at least 6 ft high. Who knew they were a real bush.

Tree number three is in the front entryway. Christmas isn’t Christmas without Jet the dog’s tree. it makes me smile every time I walk past it.

I added this new shelf in the entryway. The ceiling in this room are 10 ft high at the pitch. It is something I dreamed about doing for a few years. My snowman collection fits perfectly up there. Maybe the next display after the holidays will be my birdcage collection. Yes I still have all those birdhouses that hung at Karen’s’ Place. This spring, when I can open the windows, I will finish the trim and then the paint.

Tree number four is a simple lighted tree in a nice silver tub. My three favorite snowmen are hanging out on the bench. They are soft chenille and are about 14″ tall. The “My best friends are flakes” sign that hung in the shop just made sense to complete the little display.

My great Santa picture in the kitchen is a new creation. It is actually a outside banner 24″ by 48″. I bought a used canvas at the thrift shop for $4.00 and wrapped the banner around it. Didn’t it come out wonderful? All my Christmas decorations this year makes me feel warm inside. Thanks you for letting me share with all of you. Karen
